Yolanda De Anda

Yolanda De Anda

Yolanda is a Paralegal to attorney Dan Kaiser and Office Manager of Kaiser Hafezi Law. She was raised in Bensenville and has been a part of the community for many years. Yolanda is a deeply experienced paralegal focused on injury litigation for over 30 years. Yolanda understands all stages of litigation from intake to trial and is always available to help clients understand what is going on with their cases. Her experience, compassion, organization, and attention to detail have greatly contributed to yielding thousands of happy clients over the years. She recently was an integral part of our trial team that won a $15.2 million record verdict in Cook County.

Outside of the firm, Yolanda enjoys her family and many outdoor activities, including jogging, cycling, and hiking.

In all ways, Yolanda keeps the office running seamlessly. The firm is lucky to have such a valuable leader, and Yolanda always keeps us laughing.

Yesenia Gutierrez

Yesenia Gutierrez

Yesenia is Kaiser Hafezi Law's Medical Records Clerk and Paralegal. She is the client's first contact as she keeps tabs on their treatment, ordering and organizing their medical records and bills. She is detail-oriented, a self-starter, and very communicative. Her work is at the heart of the practice and she takes it incredibly seriously. She is always one of the client’s favorite people from the team. Yesenia graduated from Wilbur Wright Community College with an Associate in Applied Science in Criminal Justice. She is bilingual in English and Spanish.

Outside of the firm, Yesenia enjoys time with her family and friends and taking her dog Dingo on long walks to the park. As a core part of the team, she keeps the days going by quickly with her laughter and quick wit.

Tania Rosales

Tania Rosales

Tania Rosales is a Legal Assistant & Receptionist at Kaiser Hafezi Law. She performs all of the intakes and initial contact with our clients. She attended school to become a Medical Assistant. This helps her understand the injuries that occur in each case. She has previously worked in retail and food service, so her customer service skills are outstanding. She is sharp and pays attention to every detail. She is also fluent in the Spanish language which helps her communicate with our Spanish speaking clients.

Outside of work, Tania loves to go on walks in the park, sit outside and read a good book or try new, different foods at local restaurants. She is happily married. She is an Electronic Dance Music fan and loves concerts and music festivals.

Mercedes Moreno

Mercedes Moreno

Mercedes graduated from Best Step Academy with her certificate for Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA). She previously worked as a receptionist at an assisted living in Melrose Park and then moved up to a CNA. She also gained experienced as a Medical Records Clerk for a small law office in downtown Chicago. She enjoys helping clients and making sure they are getting the assistance they need for their case. She is bilingual in English and Spanish.

Outside of the firm, Mercedes is a licensed nail technician and runs a small nail business from home. She has been doing nails since 2014 and is passionate about it. She enjoys going to comedy shows, concerts and festivals with friends. Her happiest place is being able to come home to her three dogs and fiancé.

Reena Riley

Reena Riley

Reena graduated from Millikin University with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Sociology and Philosophy Pre-Law. She has had many legal experiences since graduation. During her time at Millikin University, she served as a Visitation and Bond Clerk for the Macon County Sheriff’s Department. In January of 2023, she graduated from Roosevelt University with her Paralegal Certificate. During that time, she was an intern for the Center for Disability and Elder Law. Throughout her career, she has gotten very familiar with working in a legal environment. These experiences have helped her grow to comprehend the complexities of the legal field. Reena is also a lifetime member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc. During her undergraduate experience, she served as the President and Treasurer of the chapter. She currently serves as an active member of the Glen Ellyn Area Alumnae Chapter of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc. She enjoys serving her community and socializing with her sorority sisters.

Reena hopes to one day attend law school and become a practicing attorney herself. Outside of the firm, she enjoys reading, retail therapy, and taking care of her nieces and nephews.

Gabriela Buitron

Gabriela Buitron

Gabriela graduated from the University of North Carolina Wilmington with a Bachelor’s in Communication Studies. During her time at UNCW she received the Communication Studies Department Leadership Award and was chosen to speak at the graduation ceremony. While in school she also worked full-time and had many managerial experiences in her time in the customer service industry. She loves to be a team player and is eager to help in any way she can.

Outside of the firm, she enjoys hanging out with her family, trying new artistic hobbies, and exploring the city of Chicago.
