Jamie Gutierrez

Jamie Gutierrez

Jamie is a paralegal to attorney Mariam Hafezi focusing on personal injury and medical malpractice. She follows each case from inception. She ensures that the clients are informed, that their medical bills are being paid, and she orchestrates the ins and outs of each of her files. Jamie has saved our clients hundreds of thousands of dollars in liens due to her negotiation skills and knowledge of the lien laws. She has "second-chaired" trials in Cook County, Lake County, DuPage County and federal court. Prior to joining Kaiser Hafezi Law, Jamie was a certified medical assistant, which gives her the ability to read and evaluate our client's medical records and injury claims.

Outside of the firm, Jamie gives 110 percent to her family and two daughters. She enjoys cooking and crafts.

Jamie also orders office supplies, refills copy machines, keeps us super organized, answers phones, does intakes, and fixes printers, copy machines and pretty much anything that goes wrong. Jamie is a great asset to the firm. Without Jamie, we would be lost — just ask her.
